  • Marking as resolved; if anyone else is interested in the solution, I modified the algorithm that powers the execution of the core integrity checks, this problem with zeroed file sizes was very rare but after some testing I could reproduce it and can confirm that the latest version of the code handles the situation as expected; thanks for the report.
