Website and Admin not available

I have been using WordPress for the past year and I had no issues until now. Basically out of no where when I try to visit my website it says it is not available. The same thing happens when I try to access the WP Admin. I’m not using any plug ins and I have already cleared all of my cookies. I am pretty new to WP, so if you think I have to edit any code/programs please walk me through it. Thanks.
