there’s multiple reasons why a CSS-file would not get aggregated, so hard to say without seeing your site. could you share the URL?

well, media=”” indeed is an edge case, this got recently fixed in the development version. if you want you can download that and just overwrite the files in wp-content/plugins/autoptimize with the contents of that zip-file or apply the (rather simple) change yourself in wp-content/plugins/autoptimize/classes/autoptimizeStyles.php.
