Time range – highest rated

I just have this site: https://www.titulkomet.cz – i have at widget area Highest rated by time range – and i wrote “1 month” there.

I supposed, when someone rate 2 month old video by 5 stars, it will appear at widget immediately, becouse even though it has overall rate 4 stars, this month it gives 5 stars. I dont want it.

I want there best posts for the last month with highest rank. Is it clear? I dont want last best ranking/vote. I want it like: “This last 30 days has best overall ranking this videos…”
