Questions about Featured Photos

    I have Featured photos being displayed in a side bar (1 photo only which I change manually). Is there a way of having the featured photo center aligned and have the Photographers name displayed? I have it this way in Photo of the Day but haven’t found the settings to do it for Featured Photo.

    I am now using the twenty-thirteen theme and it resolved the brower problems I was having before.
