    Hi,

    If you didn’t remove the user, you can whitelist the user (select the user and use bulk actions).

    In any way, please contact using our contact form and tell us the email and user IP.

    The steps are:

    1.- Go to WangGuard Users
    2.- Mark the user as Not a Splogger
    3.- Mark the user as Whitelisted
    4.- Contact with us. We will need the user email and the user IP.
