    Hi,

Upgraded to the latest version of “Custom Login Page” this morning and could not access my blog at all.

I managed to disable all the plugins via my ftp and found the following error:

Fatal error: Class ‘CLP_ShortcodeAdmin’ not found in /hsphere/local/home/c111546/rouge-mua.co.uk/blog/wp-content/plugins/custom-login-page/custom-login-page.php on line 165

Thanks for telling. I obviously didn’t remove all of the new code from the developement version for the new patch.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Hi,

I also have the same error having upgraded just now and again cannot access my site at all.

Please advise the easiest way to fix this as I’m not sure how to correct this?

    Thanks

Search for line 165 in the file /plugins/custom-login-page/custom-login-page.php on your server.

Comment that line out. Or get the newest version of the plugin and upload it via FTP to your plugins folder.

    I just corrected the mistake.

    Sorted.

Thank you for the quick response.

    Hello Viktoriya,

your error message says: “Fatal error: Class ‘CLP_ShortcodeAdmin’ not found in /home1/ab86848/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-login-page/custom-login-page.php on line 165”.

So, there must be a folder named ‘custom-login-page’ as well. If you can, just delete that folder and your site should work again.

You will have to go then to your plugins in the admin and install the A5 custom login page again.

FTP is the File Transfer Protocol which allows you to look at the files and folders of your server. Either webbased or as a program on your computer (which I ment by just saying ‘FTP’).

Sorry, once again, for the inconvenience.

    Best,
    Stefan
