    Please read the FAQ, it has several questions with troubleshooting steps.

    No, Campaign_ID is not required nor does it affect whether a lead is accepted or not (unless you have rules in place at SF to reject leads without a Campaign_ID).

    Thank you for the response Nick. I do not have access to SF and asking my coworker to check if she is receiving anything. I have successfully installed the plugin and added the form. I have been testing the form now and getting the email that I have been submitting but there’s nothing in SF. Do you know what might be the reason for not receiving anything on SF?

    All the answer you seek are in the FAQ:

    I’m not seeing any errors, but the entry didn’t get added to Salesforce!
    To turn on in browser debugging, add a hidden field (enabled) named debug and set the value to 1.

    To turn on debugging via email, add a hidden field (enabled) named debugEmail and set the value to [email protected] (your email address).

    Also check for debug logs at SalesForce to see if a validation rule is the culprit: Administration Setup | Monitoring | Debug Logs.

    Thank Nick. My problem is solved. The data was going through salesforce. We were not looking at the correct place. Thank you so much for your help!!!!

    Problem Solved

    How can i get the data to feed into opportunity fields rather than leads? I am building a survey for customers and wanted to send the results into opportunity fields not leads. Can I do that?

    @uscart,

    New threads for new issues please.

    Where is the correct place in SF to look for the Web-to-Lead submissions?

    Nevermind… I see them under Leads. We just can’t see the form’s / customer’s comments in SF. Will create another thread for this.
