Possible trouble with WooCommerce Memberships plugin

Ever since we installed the WooCommerce Memberships plugin at https://travelblogsuccess.com our members have had difficult accessing the WP Job Manager page (which we call our “Opportunity Board”) behind the paywall.

But it’s not all of our members, it’s only some of them, which is making it harder to troubleshoot the issue.

They get a “content restricted” message and that they need to buy a course to get access, however they are signed into our site and already have access to the course.

I opened a support ticket with WooThemes but I wanted to try here as well in case anyone else has run into this issue.
