    I am experiencing the same issue and want to share this with the community to inform all users. This is something highly concerning and unprofessional on behalf of the people behind Wordfence.

    We are running a news website and we are locked out from our website because Wordfence does not send the sms with the code to login. The only way of support is to open a ticket, which he have done, and to wait.

    This is the only reason we upgraded to the paid version of Wordfence as it is one of the main “pro” features. Unfortunately it malfunctions.

    You opened a ticket an hour ago and our customer service agent responded 30 minutes ago. The response says that your carrier is rejecting the messages. You actually have to call them to find out why they are rejecting it.

    You were answered in a timely manner in the premium ticket system and, in fact, did not even give us any time to respond before posting here. We work hard to make sure all customers are taken care of as quick as possible. At any rate, if you had read the thread above, you would have seen that we are not able to discuss premium features in this forum. Please continue to work with our customer service representative in the premium ticket system and post whatever information you find out about why your carrier is rejecting the text messages.

    @arnohist: Additional to the plugin author’s comments, please do not hijack a 6 month old, resolved, topic to air your issue. If you are using the free version of the plugin, post a new topic in the free plugin’s dedicated forum.

    If you are using the commercial version, please contact the plugin authors directly. We do not support commercial products here.
