combine-only CSS breaks in IE9

  • I’m using the default settings to combine JS and CSS with no minification.
    Everything works fine in FireFox and Chrome, but when testing in IE9 the CSS is breaking.

    I found 15 css files that I need to exclude from being combined before the page is displayed correctly in IE.
    I could understand it if I was also trying to minify, but surely combine-only should just work?

    I’ve tried with all options for @import handling.
