    Hi Robert,

    I’d advise making sure you’re running the latest WordPress, and latest WooSidebars. Beyond this, there may be a conflict with a plugin or theme active on your website.

    If you have a staging website, I’d advise enabling WP_DEBUG to see if any error messages present themselves on the “Appearance > Widget Areas” screen.
