  • I’m having a similar problem.
All of a sudden my password would not work.
When I went to use the ‘forgot password’ option I got a request for a userID or email address.
My input was rejected with the following message: Error: You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value. Click the BACK button on your browser, and try again.
The problem is no reCAPTCHA appeared in the input screen. Nothing. Nada.
So there’s no way for me to satisfy a reCAPTCHA requirement at teh server end.
I suspect the WordPress on my blog (hosted at GoDaddy) has been updated but the reCapthca is now broken. Or something else in my site has broken it. Sigh …

We had to delete the plugin files via FTP, and then reload the plugin. That was the only way around it.

Yip log into filezilla and delete the files in the plugins

Hi guys, deleted the plugin but the stupid thing still appears. I somehow manage to prove I am not a robot and then send me to a blank page with “Error” and does it. Please can someone help.
