Child Theme not working after update

I create a child theme to do a few customization on my website. I added a top widget to the right of logo for ads and i modified the footer changing the www.ads-software.com link with my hosting provider.

I used the functions “function nirvana_site_info()” and “function nirvana_title_and_description()”, modified according to my needs, and put them in the file theme-functions.php in nirvana child folder

All was working fine until last update.

After the wordpress update to 4.3 and nirvana update to 1.1.2 the modifications are gone, like the wordpress is using the parent theme, not the child theme. The functions from child theme are ignored.

Until i find the problem, I modified the original theme files.
