• Hey,

A couple of users have told me now that when they go to comment on my blog, they are getting error messages and I have no idea how to now fix this, or why it’s even coming up.

If using Firefox, this message pops up:
“Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at 127.0.0.1.”

If using Chrome, this message pops up:
“This web page is not available. ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED”

I’ve deactivated all my plug-ins and re-activated them one by one to see if there was one in particular that was created an issue, but nothing helped.

I am using the Powen Lite theme, but I was using a default theme to begin with and this issue occurred on that also.

I have a comments.php, but I can’t see anything dodgy within that which could be causing an issue…HELP!

I spent the majority of yesterday afternoon on the support chat and it turns out it is something to do with the coding of the Powen Lite theme. Particularly within the contact/comment form.

    Any ideas?

I recommend asking in this theme’s dedicated support sub-forum for better results. There you will be more likely to find a good answer from its developers/users:
