[Plugin: Comment Rating] Doesn't work

Hello. When I try to click either vote button, the button changes size as it’s supposed to but no vote is logged and nothing changes to a checkmark. Why? Here is example from my site https://itdistrict.ru/kakoy-yazyik-programmirovaniya-samyiy-vostrebovannyiy-v-2015-godu/
