[Theme: Powen Lite] Comment Error – Users Can't Comment

    I’ve been getting messages from users saying they can’t comment on my blog as an error message is just being thrown at them:

    “This web page is not available
    ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED”

    I’ve followed all procedures that I’ve been advised about: deactive and reactivate all plugins one by one, change permalinks, check comments.php etc. and nothing works.

    I’ve contacted my hosts who state there is a coding issue, which lies predominantly within the contact form for the comments…I never set up a contact form so it’s obviously something to do with the way the theme is coded.

    HELP!
