Zip file corrupted?

Hi all,
I would like to try this theme on my self hosted website but the zip file contains no index.php !?https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/goran/
https://public-api.wordpress.com/rest/v1/themes/download/goran.zipWhen I unzip it on my server, it won’t show in the list.
Any help is appreciated.
Note that I cannot auto-install it via ftp as I don’t have the root password.Regards
