Malware attack

  • I’ve around ten websites with hosting company Justhost. Alerted to an attack 12 September 2015 and they were immediately taken down. I’ve a back-up dated 22 August but these are also apparently infected.

    Is there a way of scanning these file on my computer to eradicate all infection so they can be uploaded back to Justhost or another provider offering more protection.

    And, Justhost are asking for $199.99 for their Site Doctor service which they say will eradicate of those nasty bits of code. Valid for 30 days, no less.

    Is this a standard service and cost I should expect?
