Cant remove Widget: Primary from BBQ Template

This is driving me crazy. I am using the BBQ template for our company website and for some reason the Primary widget is only present on one page and not any of the others.

If you look at our website you’ll notice under the Home Page Menu the tab ‘stores’ if you select Bond Street you’ll see that the image extends across the whole page and when you go to appearance – customise this page does not have a primary widget. However if you go to the Duke Street page the image does not go across the whole page and this is because when you go to appearance – customise there is this primary widget which I cannot remove.

Can anyone help?
