I’ve fixed this by simply installing the Easy Fancy Box plugin (www.ads-software.com/plugins/easy-fancybox/).

Not only did this do the trick, but it allows a lot more customisation than is readily available in the gallery plugin.

    Hi,

We fixed the problem already. Please update the plugin to the 4.3.7 version.

Hi, I just updated the plugin, and deactivated the Easy Fancy Box plugin and my thumbnails were again linking to the basic media page.

There’s nothing in the update notes to say that you had addressed this problem either?

The plugin also creates <br/> tags and empty <p> tags in the thumbnail gallery, so I have to removed these with jQuery too.

    Hi,

Our plugin functionality doesn’t provide creating of additional html-tags (</br>, empty <p>). It seems like they are generated by your theme. So if described changes have been made in the plugin files, please comment them for a while and try the following:

    1) Please try activating a standard WP theme for a while (2014, 2015) and check if the problem remains.
    2) Please try deactivating all of your plugins except Gallery by BestWebSoft and also check if the problem is still present. If it is not, please activate the plugins one-by-one, meanwhile checking, after which plugin activation the problem appears again.
    3) Please let us know about the results.

    Hi,

The Fancy box that Gallery plugin uses is not working.
    It gives:

TypeError: b.fancybox.init is not a function

It breaks all the script of my site.
Turning Gallery plugin off resolves the problem.
Changing the jquery.fancybox-1.3.4.pack.js file name also resolves but than it comes back.

    Any help?
