Changing WP script

    I wanted to find out whether or not I can change WP script or let’s say to remove some links in the admin area???
    Can I?

    If you know what you’re doing when editing the WordPress source, of course you can. I would, however, follow the source editor’s credo: Backup any files before editing them, and comment your changes for future reference (and future sanity).
