    The site is now completed in “localhost”, working perfectly. I need to migrate to a new URL and a new hosting online.

    At the end restore with “duplicator” displays the final adjustments. Until there all right.

    When trying to log into wp, using https://www.l ***** d.com.ar/wp-admin shows the installer screen WordPress and requests information to start with a new installation.

    I’ve used that same hosting Duplicator with other domains, no problem.

    Thankyou for help.

  • I have the same problem. Everything seams to be ok but when trying to log into wp, shows the installer screen WordPress and requests information to start with a new installation. I observed the problem today. Maybe the duplicator doesn’t work with the new version of wp. Last week it works ok for many websites. If i buy the PRO version i can fix the problem?

    Hi,

    If you want to stick with the free version there are some manual work-a-rounds you can try checkout this question on the FAQs page:
    -> Browse to: https://lifeinthegrid.com/duplicator-faq
    -> Find question: “Why does the WordPress installer show up after running the installer.php file?”

    If your host supports mysqldump the PRO version has a legacy build option that will build your package in legacy mode to over-come issues with moving from one version of mysql to an older version.

    Hope that helps!

    I purchased the Pro version. I’m excited about it. It seems that it is still a problem with my hosting. My server does not support mysqldump. Anyway, with this occasion, I tested and I recommend the PRO version of Duplicator.

    Thanks for the update @runasoft!
