Can't use zoom

i want to realize a product view with zoom like that:

i am trying on my catalogue , this is an example: https://staging.hally-son.com/en/sun/replica-horn-2/?single_prod_id=17i have tried all the settings on Image view options -> zoom options: window, inner and lens but no one let me see the zoom…
what can i do?
