NextGen Gallery Settings & Option pages blank

I’m having the same issue. When I use Developer Tools and look at the Javascript console I see that the scripts are not loading due to a malformed url. It has lost a / between the .com and wp-content so I get this:

https://www.example.comwp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/phot…extgen/modules/nextgen_basic_templates/static/ngg_template_settings.min.js

This happens for all the Nextgen scripts.

I can’t Add Gallery / Images either.
Again, it’s a blank page.

When I try and manage my galleries the thumbnails are oversized and the text is all misaligned.

So in short, NextGen is barely working for me…

Some help would be appreciated.

@marshalltv – Please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

I’ve tried this reset tool half a dozen times but it still has empty pages…

Any other solutions?

Sorted.
Deactivate all plug-ins.
Delete NextGen.
Download again.

And now it works…
