How to check a comment in the spammer log

    Hi,
    Please advise how to check a comment that has been blocked in the spammer log. I can see clearly lots of repeated IP addresses that are spam for sure, but there are a few individual IP addresses linked to comments that I would like to check in case they are false positives.
    How can I see those comments to make sure they are indeed spam and need blocking.
