Not saving information

  • First off – I love what this plugin aims to do. I have been playing around with it and am noticing a problem:

    When I “assign” points or badges to users, the assignment action is noted in the user history (“user 1 was assigned 25 points”) for example, but the user total page (where it shows badges/points totals) still displays 0

    additionally, the admin portion of the site when you click on ‘assignments’ still shows no assignments were made, even though there were (and it is acknowledged by the user history)

    Hi there,

    Thanks for raising a support ticket.

    I assume point have been manually assigned to the user from the add new assignment page. Or did you manually aasign points from the user’s profile in wp-admin?

    What shortcode are you using for the user total page?
