    Hi, this is probably a theme related issue.

    Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen. If the message appears correctly then you know your theme is causing this issue.

    I am experiencing more than one issue. I really need help (and I am trying to ask the same questions of my theme creator as well).

    Here is the latest problem I am having:

    All these issues seemed to start happening when I installed the custom form builder addon.

    PLEASE HELP! URGENT!

    Can you enable debug mode and check the log file.

    I enabled debug, and I clicked to view debug file.
    The next screen that shows is completely blank.

    It might take a bit of time. What you can do is disable the Form Builder Add-on then check the log file. Enable back the Form Builder Add-on and check the log file. See what it reports…..

    I disabled the addon, and the page is now working fine… which tells me it is an issue with the addon.

    I still can not make a log file appear, regardless of whether I have the addon active or deactivated.
    I’ve tried a few times.

    Do you have the latest Form Builder Add-on version installed?

    I just purchased and downloaded it yesterday, so it should be the most recent.

    When you enable the Form Builder Add-on did you also create a free membership registration form? Please check the following instructions.

    I see where I went wrong with that. Thank you so much for explaining and being patient. I have fixed that.

    Although… the very first problem I had, where the text has moved to above the menu, is still an issue.

    The theme creators are saying that I need to get help from you on this problem.

    Can you share your URL with the form. I will see what I can do.

    Thank you

    I also need to clarify the problem I first mentioned in this ticket. The message has not moved… it tricks the eye.
    Instead… the image how you see it in my first question, is that the whole part of the white page is missing. Instead of it being a whole body on a page, it is a thin line of text.

    I can’t see your URL. It has too many warning messages. Please disable debug mode in your wp-config.php file if that is what you have done.

    I have deactivated the debug mode.
    Can you please look now?
    Thank you.

    Hi, when I saw the error warnings appearing I noticed you are using a child theme. The problem you are experiencing is with your theme/ child theme design. That is why you don’t see any more white space.

    For example I simply added the following height:250px; to increase the height.

    .page.et_pb_pagebuilder_layout #main-content {
        background-color: transparent;
        height: 250px;
    }

    If you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fifteen you probably won’t see this issue.
