Lazy Loading Breaks Site

I have installed lazy loading and to get each image to load while you scroll down I have to have the “Apply to content” on and also lazy load in images but by having the “Apply to content” on it breaks my website layout until you resize the browser it will fix it but this is not a solution.

Is there something in the code that needs to be changed in order for this to stop breaking?

Also if I turn off “Apply to content” then it wont lazy load my images.

I have left the Lazy Loading on, on my site so you can see it in affect.
