Bottom of the plugin bugs

Hi
The bottom seems to have a margin and the footer of the plugin gets pushed aside a bit. Its very wierd.
A bit of it got fixed when we changed the position on the footer of it from absolut. But the line was still there.
Anything like this happen before?
