Why am I not seeing my changes after clicking "save and publish."

I have just started using the ZeroGravity theme. After customizing this theme, I click “save and publish.” Then, I return to my dashboard and I click on “view site” and it takes me back to my original, unedited theme. Even when I enter my web address into the web search bar, I still only see,the original, unedited theme. When, I go back to my dashboard and click “visit site” and then click “customize,” all the customized changes I’ve made earlier are still there. I try again by clicking “save and publish” and still no changes has been made when I go back to visit my site. This is crazy! What’s going on?
