Any plugin that can allow users to update their own profiles?

  • Hi, I’m looking for a plugin that can:
    1. allow our users to update their own profiles without going to the admin area.
    2. allow us to create customized fields for users to fill out.

    Is there any plugin that can do this? Most of the wp user meta plugin have really bad reviews.
