Not working for me, help.

The text editor drop down doesn’t seem to enter any text in the post or page window. Upon copying the text shown in the video, the “Enter Label” isnt clear. What goes in this area for say a tumblr blog feed? I entered the name of the feed and nothing seems to happen.
