Question on email content – history

So I just did test of this plugin which btw looks great! But when a visitor send in a question, and support team would reply, visitor would only get answer but not the original question they submitted underneath.
Is there a setting in pro version to make that happen where original question and previous replies will show up under new reply within email sent?
This is for visitors who send in email without creating ID, therefore cannot visit the site & log in to view the history.
