widget showing in proporties for sale only

  • Hi!
    I have got a REAL Estate webpage under construction. I use REALIA template. Obviously in the properties I have got a “contract” caracteristic which is “rent” or “sale”

    I do not know how to write the widget logic for a widget showing only on the properties for sale.

    I wrote: is_singular( array( ‘property’, ‘sale’) ) but is not working, the widget appears on all properties, for sale and for rent.
