PHP warning on Garvs_WP_Lib::show_message()

When using https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-notification-center/ the plugin generates a PHP warning, nothing serious but would be nice if it’s fixed ??

Missing argument 1 for Garvs_WP_Lib::show_message()

When making the $message argument on the show_message method optional (as intended looking at the code) all is fine.
