unable to download file: i get a "undefined/retry" message

I’m totally new with this, I’ve installed this plugin just today.
I have uploaded a zip file and a pdf file, for which I’ve set a password; then I’ve copied the short code ([wpdm_package id=’21654′]) into one of my post (it only works in the Article category).
In the end, it diplays correctly but, once I put the correct password, I get a “undefined” message with a “Retry” button.
It’s the same for the two kind of file uploaded.How can I get this to work? Thanks!
