    Hi:

Thanks for the response. I forgot to task – can I network activate this then? (Some plugins can work on multi-site but not be network activated which is why I am asking.)

    Thanks again.

    Hi:

I network activated this and it seems to work but I can’t seem to “add people” – the screen is blank when I try to do that. Am I missing something or is it because I network activated it?

    Thanks!

Yes, it can be Network Activated. What version of WP-CRM and WordPress do you have?

    Regards.

    Hi:

WordPress Version is 4.3.1 and WP-CRM version is 1.0.3.

Thanks very much for any help.

Did you try to deactivate all third party plugins for investigation?

    Hi:

I looked in the database and saw that there are two tables at the network level wp_crm_log and wp_crm_log_meta. However there are not tables for the individual site. Is this by design? Or is the plugin storing all data for all sites in these two tables at the network level? If tables are missing in the subsites maybe that’s why I can’t add people?

    Thanks!

    Hi.

Yes, that is by design. All data is storing there. That shouldn’t prevent you to add users.

    Regards.

    Hi:

I’ve narrowed this down to a conflict with the Woocommerce Memberships module. Turning that off brings up the add screen. Is there anything you can do about this?

    Thanks.

What particular is the issue? Can you determine particular error?

    Hi:

When the WooCommerce Memberships module is turned on, there are no fields on the Add Person screen. No error message is shown on the screen – just some title text and the rest of the screen is blank.

An encrypted email was sent to the email address you provided with credentials for the site.

    Thanks very much!

    Hi:

There was a minor upgrade to this module that was just released. Unfortunately, that minor module seem to have a bug in it where it prevents access to the wp-admin pages. The only way back in was to delete the module from the plugins folder.
