Mailpoet email error response

Hello Becs,

As regard to the complain we made yesterday on our mailpoet account, the issue has not yet been resolve.

We wrote a mail to our Domain Host to open the 587 and 25 port for us to have access to send mail. They did but noticed the problem still remains the same.

we would like to know the way forward on this problem.
