Link in Lockout Notification Email does not work on Multisite

Hi,

When I click on links in the emails generated by iThemes Security I get

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

I am logged into my account prior to clicking the link and I am the super-admin of my multisite configuration. It seems to me that the plugin doesn’t consider multisite configurations in this regard as the url for my multisite should be wp-admin/network/admin.php?page=toplevel_page_itsec_settings and not wp-admin/admin.php?page=toplevel_page_itsec_settings

I think that this is a bug as the plugin should detect multisite and amend the email link accordingly. If I’m wrong then please correct me ??
