Theme change / Public, Private Key

  • I am new to this.

    I am trying to switch my wordpress theme from a custom build, and update my wordpress version.

    On the ‘Update WordPress’ page, I do not know my ‘Authentication Keys’, including ‘Public Key’ & ‘Private Key’ and do not know how to obtain them.

    I would appreciate any help.
