[Theme: Bluebell] Custom logo wont load

when I try to change the custom logo in the admin panel with theme options it goes to a 404 error page stating that the url is wrong, yet when I go into header.php file for the theme I change the imgsrc= to this <?php global $bluebell_options;
$bluebell_settings = get_option( ‘bluebell_options’, $bluebell_options ); ?>

<hgroup id=”site-title”>
<?php if( $bluebell_settings[‘custom logo’] ) : ?>
” class=”logo”><img src=”<? https://accommodationinwindsor.co.uk/online/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/logonew-copy.png&#8221; alt=”<?php bloginfo(‘lcustom logo’); ?>” />

then that doesn’t work either I still end up with the same default logo. Any suggestions on where im going wrong?
