I found the issue. Ninja forms (or the Ninja Captcha) is conflicting with your Google Map plug in. When I deactivated these, your app worked. Both the app screen had an issue (looked like CSS), but the Google map on the front end did display the map but the points and polygon did not generate which points to a JS conflict.

For your diagnosis, I use the Genesis framework, and was using Deep Dish child theme.

I love your app so I thought you’d want to know it is conflicting with a popular form app.

Thank you for information. we will try to solve the conflict between them.
If you need to use both plugins, you can contact us be email above and we will provide you the conflict fixed version

I looked for another form plug in and found a superior one. Form Maker uses a psudeo-code to write the forms. Ninja forms is a prettier product, but I like the options which pseudo code gives me.

It is quite flexible, well supported, and makes nice forms. It’s also free!
