    Hey there SeoZep,

    Hope you’re well today?

Did you consider using “Default membership” instead of free standard membership?

Default Membership is auto applied to all registered users, which means they do not have to sign up for it, effectively leaving them without any standard level added so once they sign up for your paid level they will have only one level assigned to them.

    Could this work for you?

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hi!
    Yes thanks! And you? ^^

Yes, but we have two levels with payment.
    There are: Free -> Pay1 -> Pay2
When a user is Free and buy Pay1 or Pay2 there isn’t a problem.
When a user is Pay1 and buy Pay2, he has 2 active Membership and 2 menus.

In future we will create Pay3 and Pay4. If the problem persist, we can’t create it.

I apologize for not having explained it right the first time. Sorry for this.

    Thanks for reply.
    Best regards

    Hey again SeoZep,

Thanks for the clarification. Can you please add more information about the levels that you’re using (plans and payment options).

The reason this happens most likely is because you’re probably using finite access (once you pay you have access for X amount of days). If this is the case once member switches to another level the first one is automatically canceled. However, the access to level stays until the canceled level expires.

Did you consider using different approach for this? Using Protect Single Menu Items instead of replacing menus completely. By doing this you can set multiple levels per menu item so they do not display twice if member has access to multiple memberships.

    Best regards,
    Bojan

    Hi Bojan,
all membership are Dripped Content Membership and have recurring payments (1 month – 6 month – 1 year).
The problem is this: a user buy 1 month membership Pay1. After 15 days, he buy 1 year membership Pay1 because he like my site. In his account he see all two type of memebership ?? because when he bought 1 year membership Pay1, the 1 month membership Pay1 is already active and on Mebership2 there isn’t automatic cancel.

    How can i solve this?

For the menu there isn’t a problem because i do literally what you say. ^^ Thx ^^

    Hey again SeoZep,

After additional testing this is actually a bug in the plugin and it is related to premium version with using Multiple memberships there is an option that allows you to choose whether you want membership to be canceled (as it is now for you) or deactivated.

In free version it defaults to cancel which shouldn’t be the case when not using Multiple memberships, I’ve reported this to our developer so he can fix this in one of the following updates of the plugin.

    Best regards,
    Bojan
