Changing share labels

Hi!

My website is not in English, so I have to translate the sharing labels (“Share”, “Tweet”, “Pin”) of the buttons.

For example, when a visitor hovers on the Facebook button, I want him to see “Partager” instead of the default “Share”.

Can anyone tell me how I can implement that?
