I have 4 forms on my website running WPML. Two of them wont work!

I have a total of 4 Contact Forms on the website. Two in English and two in French. Two of them work (English and French on the contact page) and the other two don’t work (English and French on the home page). They have never worked on the home page and now that I got around fixing this, I can’t find a solution…

All forms are programmed to send to the same email address on gmail.

I have copy pasted the content of each working form to the non-working ones and they still won’t go through. I have checked spam folders and all of that.

Let me know if anyone has any ideas of why this might be happening and/or how to fix it.
