Problem with Mailchimp Form and Popup maker

    First at all I trully apologize for my basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

    I created a Popup with a subscription form and it doesn’t add these new subscribers to my MailChimp list.
    When setting it up, I didn’t have the option to pick my Mailchimp form so it has to be that. But I have no idea how to do it.

    I read tutorials, and yes, I have to copy the embedded code from MailChimp into my HTML, but where is that? I only have CSS and php sheets in my site.

    In my side bar, you can see a Suscription form linked to my Mailchimp that works great so I am missing something for my popup and no idea how to fix it. (I used Magic Action Box pluggin if this is related)

    Any help to this super newbie WP user?
