Improve Uninstall

Can you guys please add support for uninstall. Preferably with an uninstall.php file.

Doing a quick look it appears these are the options that would need to be removed:

delete_option('fmc_cache_version');
delete_option('fmc_settings');
delete_option('fmc_my_type');
delete_option('fmc_my_id');
delete_option('fmc_my_office');
delete_option('fmc_my_company');

There may be more such as transients and such.
