Recent posts AND pages AND updates?

  • Okay, I’ve searched on this, but I can’t find anything.
    I’m working on a new 2.3 site, which isn’t up yet, and I’d like to have a “What’s New” page that shows the most recent posts, pages and any recent updates to existing pages. I know how to show the most recent posts, but I’m not sure where to find code to show the most recent pages. And, I’m not sure if there’s a way to show if I’ve recently updated an existing page, but if there is, I’d love to know how.
    Or, if there’s a plugin that does all this, I’d love to know about it.
