Set International Shipping price on a different currency

Hi,

I’m selling products from Chile to Chile and other countries.
I set a flat price for shipping to Chile and I want to set a different price for shipping to other countries in USD…

Is there a way to do this?

I’d really apreciate to anyone that could help me with this, I keep trying to find a solution and I haven’t been able to find it yet. I know there must be a way, I could use a paid plugin, but haven’t found it.
